Founder, Chairman of Board of Directors, and Chief Executive Officer
Joshua,Q is our Founder and has served as our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since our inception in 2006. Prior to founding our company, among others, Joshua,Q served as the general manager of a vocational education and online education company, New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (NYSE: EDU and SEHK: 9901), from 2002 to 2006. Joshua,Q received his MBA degree from Yale University in 2002 and his bachelor’s degree in mechanical manufacturing from Beijing Union University in 1994.
Marshall Bernes
Head of BaaS, Director
Marshall currently serves as the Head of the BaaS Program. He is the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Noble House Home Furnishings LLC, and brings over 30 years of experience in the home furnishings industry. Marshall is widely recognized as a trusted leader in the sector. In addition to his leadership role, he serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Marshall holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a medical degree from New York Medical College.
Xin Wan
Chief Technology Officer
Xin has served as our Chief Technology Officer since 2014. Prior to joining us, Xin served as the vice president of the education business unit of Aspire Company of China Mobile from 2010 to 2014 and as channel operation center manager and director in Oriental Standard (Beijing) Talent Service Co., Ltd. from 2007 to 2010. Xin received his master’s degree in software engineering in 2007 and his bachelor’s degree in software engineering in 2004 from Tsinghua University, and his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and English from Dalian University of Technology in 2002.
Xinyan Hao
Chief Operating Officer
Xinyan Hao has served as our Chief Operating Officer since October 2010, leading the Company’s operations with deep expertise in cross-border ecommerce, product development, and global trade of large-parcel merchandise. Prior to joining us, Xinyan served as a lecturer at Oriental Standard (Beijing) Talent Service Co., Ltd. from 2008 to 2010. As Vice Chairman of the China Furniture Association, he provides strong industry leadership and brings a global perspective to the home furnishings market. Xinyan received his bachelor’s degree in information management and information systems from Tsinghua University in 2004.
Erica Wei
Chief Financial Officer
Erica has been our Chief Financial Officer since March 2025. She originally joined the Company in August 2023 as Vice President of Finance and stepped into the role of Interim CFO in August 2024. Previously, Erica spent nearly a decade at PwC in Los Angeles, where she advanced through roles of increasing responsibility to Senior Manager in the firm’s auditing services. During her tenure at PwC, she managed a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients, including several Fortune 500 companies. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California Leventhal School of Accounting.
Iman Schrock
President
Iman has served as our President since August 2022. Prior to joining us, Iman held the position as the Vice President of Retail Sales of Abbyson Living from 2006 to 2022. He received a PhD in Organizational Psychology at University of Phoenix in 2014, completed Harvard Business School’s Disruptive Strategy program in 2023, and most recently finished Cornell University’s AI Strategy and Machine Learning program in 2025. Currently, Iman is an esteemed member of the Forbes Technology Council and serves as an adjunct professor at the American Military University.
Kaspar Fopp
Chief Executive Officer of Wonder
Kaspar is the Chief Executive Officer of Wonder (formerly Wondersign), where he led the company’s rebrand and repositioning. He is a retail technology executive with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and digital strategy. Kaspar previously held leadership roles at Wonder, helping scale teams across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations. He also holds a Guinness World Record for a creative campaign with Nivea/Beiersdorf Germany.
