Are These Ready-Made Samples or Custom-Developed Samples
This service mainly covers available or ready-developed Paiyi apparel samples. If you need a new sample developed from your Tech Pack, sketch, reference images or physical garment, our product development team can also support you.
Can I Order Only One Sample?
Sample quantities depend on the selected style and current availability. Please tell us which products, sizes and colors you are interested in, and our team will confirm the available options.
Are Samples Free?
Samples are generally charged, and international shipping costs are paid separately. Sample prices vary depending on the garment category, materials and availability. When you place your first qualifying bulk order with us, the cost of your initial sample purchase can be credited toward the bulk order. International shipping costs are not refundable.
How Long Does Sample Preparation Take?
Available samples can usually be prepared faster than custom-developed samples. The exact preparation time depends on the selected styles, quantities, material availability and customization requirements. Our team will confirm the estimated timeline before you place the order.
How Are Samples Shipped?
Samples can be shipped internationally by express courier or another suitable shipping method. The shipping option and cost depend on the destination, package size, weight and delivery requirements.
Do You Provide OEM and ODM Services?
Yes. Paiyi provides flexible OEM and ODM apparel solutions. We can manufacture according to your Tech Pack, approved sample or design specifications, or help develop suitable products based on your ideas, target market and brand positioning.
What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the garment category, fabric, number of colors, customization requirements and production method. Share your preferred products and estimated quantity with our team, and we will recommend a suitable production solution.
Can I Customize an Existing Paiyi Sample?
Yes. An existing Paiyi sample can be used as a starting point. Depending on the product, we can discuss adjustments to the fabric, color, fit, construction, functional details, logo, labels and packaging.
Can You Customize Logos, Labels and Packaging?
Yes. We can support logo printing or embroidery, woven labels, care labels, hangtags, branded packaging and other private-label details. Available techniques, minimum quantities and costs depend on the product and design requirements.
Can You Produce from My Tech Pack or Reference Garment?
Yes. You can provide a Tech Pack, sketch, reference images or a physical garment. Our team will review the construction, measurements, materials and customization requirements before confirming the sampling and production plan.
How Long Does Custom Sample Development Take?
Custom sample development time depends on garment complexity, material availability, pattern requirements and the level of customization. A more accurate timeline will be provided after our team reviews your design information.
Will I Receive a Pre-Production Sample Before Bulk Production?
When required, a pre-production sample can be prepared for confirmation before bulk manufacturing. Bulk production begins after the key materials, measurements, colors, workmanship and branding details have been approved.
How Do You Control Quality During Bulk Production?
Quality control is carried out at key production stages, including material review, cutting and sewing checks, measurement inspection, workmanship review and final inspection before packing and shipment.
What Information Should I Provide When Requesting Samples?
Please share your target product category, preferred styles, sizes, colors, sample quantity, customization requirements, target market and delivery country. If available, you can also send reference images, a Tech Pack or a physical garment.
Can the Sample Be Used as the Basis for Bulk Production?
Yes. After reviewing and approving the sample, you can reorder the existing style, add private-label details or use it as the basis for further product development and bulk production. Final materials, colors, measurements and customization details will be confirmed before production begins.
